All prices displayed are in euro and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Non-EU customers: If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold excluding Irish VAT; 21% tax will be automatically deducted from your total on the shopping cart or checkout page after you select your shipping destination.
Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside of Ireland, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note: we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

All orders are shipped via DPD or DHL depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.
Our standard delivery within Ireland takes 3 to 4 working days and the courier will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm.
Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way to you. The email will tell you which courier your package has been sent with and it will also include a tracking number that you can use to find out where it is.
Please also note; in the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is our company policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to all our customers. As an added security measure for all overseas orders we do require verification by means of a bank statement before the order is dispatched. This can sent via Email or Fax.
