Prices and taxes
All prices displayed are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. All goods are shipped from the Republic of Ireland which is in the EU however UK customers will be happy to know we include all UK duty and VAT in all our shipments so the price you pay at checkout is all you'll have to pay if you are in the UK.
- All United Kingdom orders are sent inclusive of all UK duty and VAT.
- We're based in Ireland so if you are in the EU then all VAT or Duty is included.
- Other non-UK or non-EU customers: All prices are displayed including VAT; However tax will be automatically deducted from your total on the shopping cart or checkout page after you select your shipping destination.
Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside of the UK or EU, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please note: we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped via one of the following couriers: Royal Mail, DPD or DHL depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.
Our Standard Delivery within the UK takes 8 to 12 working days and the courier will deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours on 9:00 am and 6 pm.
Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be despatched until the next working day.
Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Insurance
Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We may require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way to you. The email will tell you which courier your package has been sent with and it will also include a tracking number that you can use to find out where it is.
